The Molmisa Virtual Office + Workspace is a trophy and testament to God's grace of its founders, Marlon and Monica Molmisa. 

In 2012, Marlon started his first business (Mzone Training PH) from their small living room in Pasig City. As someone who grew up in a lower middle class, Marlon experienced rejection from his first clients because his business address was in a residential location that is not traceable with Google Maps and Waze. 

As he learned and grew in business, Marlon aspired to create a solution for startups and freelancers so they would not have to experience what he had gone through as a young entrepreneur. 

In March 2022, Marlon and Monica launched the Molmisa Virtual Office + Workspace under their family-owned corporation, the Molmisa Ventures Corporation. 


Molmisa Virtual Office + Workspace is a powerful solution that can redefine how freelancers and small-medium entrepreneurs conduct business by offering office rental flexibility with cost-effectiveness and a professional image. 

Our mission is to empower families and innovate livelihood by promoting the BEST practice in doing business. BEST is an acronym that stands for the following.


Business continuity. Your business can continue operations from any location by minimizing the risk of a global pandemic or local disruptions in the face of unforeseen circumstances.
